Terms of Service

These terms are between you and MOYA ANALYTICS PTE. LTD. (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”), an Exempt Private Company Limited by Shares incorporated in Singapore (UEN 202432360K), with registered office at 33A Pagoda Street, Singapore 059192.

• You must have legal authority to enter into these terms for yourself or for the entity you represent.
• You are responsible for ensuring your users comply with these terms.
• If you do not agree, do not use MOYA Cascade.

• You must provide accurate information and keep account credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activities performed under your account or organization workspace.
• We may require additional security controls (including MFA) for protected access.

You agree not to:

• use the service unlawfully or in violation of sanctions, export, or data protection laws;
• attempt unauthorized access, interference, vulnerability scanning, or disruption;
• upload malicious code or abuse APIs/rate limits;
• infringe intellectual property, confidentiality, or privacy rights.

• You retain ownership of data you submit to the service (“Customer Data”).
• You grant us a limited right to process Customer Data to provide, secure, and improve the service, and to comply with legal obligations.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have all rights/permissions to submit and process Customer Data, including personal data.

Our processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

If you need a separate data processing addendum for enterprise requirements, contact contact@moya-analytics.com.

The service uses third-party infrastructure and integrations (for example hosting, authentication, email delivery, and optional OAuth). Availability and performance of these services may affect platform behavior.

• We own or license all rights in the service, excluding Customer Data.
• No rights are granted except the limited right to use the service under these terms.
• You may not copy, reverse engineer, or create derivative works except as permitted by law.

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, current plan availability and limits are described in-product. We may update plans, features, or pricing in the future and will provide appropriate notice before paid charges apply.

• You may stop using the service at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate access for security, legal compliance, or material breach of these terms.
• We may remove data where required by law, court order, or to prevent harm.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business interruption.

Our aggregate liability for claims arising out of or related to the service will not exceed the greater of SGD 100 or the amount paid by you to us for the service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from third-party claims arising from your misuse of the service, your Customer Data, or your breach of these terms or applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Subject to mandatory applicable law, disputes will be submitted to the courts of Singapore.

We may update these terms from time to time. If material updates are made, we will provide notice by reasonable means, including updates in the product or website. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
