Data Rights Request

Use this page to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, or consent withdrawal related to personal data processed by MOYA Cascade.

1. How To Submit A Request

Email contact@moya-analytics.com with subject line: Data Rights Request.

In your request, specify the right you want to exercise:

  • access/copy of personal data;
  • correction/rectification;
  • deletion/erasure;
  • restriction or objection;
  • data portability (where applicable);
  • withdrawal of consent (where consent is the legal basis).

2. Information To Include

To help us process your request, include:

  • your full name and contact email;
  • the account email used in the service (if different);
  • the organization/workspace name related to your request (if any);
  • a clear description of the request scope.

3. Identity Verification

To protect account security and third-party rights, we may request reasonable identity verification before fulfilling your request.

If we cannot verify identity, we may decline or narrow the request until verification is completed.

4. Response Timelines

  • For GDPR requests, we target response within one month of verified receipt and may extend where legally permitted for complex requests.
  • For Singapore PDPA requests, we respond as soon as reasonably possible. If we cannot respond within 30 days, we will inform you of the time needed.

5. Limits And Exceptions

Some requests may be limited or denied when legally permitted, including for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, protection of other persons’ rights, or legal privilege.

6. Requests Through Authorized Agents

If an authorized agent submits a request on your behalf, we may require documentary proof of authorization and identity checks for both parties.

7. Complaints And Escalation

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate to your relevant data protection authority, including the Personal Data Protection Commission (Singapore) or your local EEA supervisory authority.
